1) Acceptance of terms

By using RapidLink Services (the "Service"), including calling or texting our tracking numbers or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

2) What RapidLink is (and isn’t)

• RapidLink is a referral service that connects you to independent third‑party providers. We do not provide pest control, plumbing, or any licensed trade services ourselves.
• RapidLink is not an emergency service. If your situation involves risk to life, health, or property, call 911 or contact emergency services.

3) Third‑party providers

• Pricing, availability, response times, warranties, and workmanship are set by the provider, not by RapidLink.
• We do not control or guarantee third‑party work. Any issues must be resolved directly with the provider.

4) Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information (location, contact, issue description) so we can route your call correctly.
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in good faith.

5) No warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

6) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidLink is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed $100.

7) Disputes; governing law

Before filing a claim, please email support@rapidlinkservices.com so we can try to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles, and venue lies in state courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

8) Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
